Service Learning Project

UHS students are required to complete the UHS Service-Learning Project (SLP) in order to receive their diploma. Most students will satisfactorily complete their student learning project, according to teacher standards, during the semester in which they are enrolled in the U.S. Government class. If a student completed a U.S. government class outside of UHS, the student needs to see their academic counselor who will connect the student with a government teacher so that they can complete their Service-Learning Project during their senior year.
