Clear Fees & Purchase Items From the Online Student Store
Please do the following to ensure your account is cleared of fees

Visit the UHS library's "Check your Library Account" page:
Read the directions for how to log in to Destiny and check Fines.
If you have fines, pay them at the online student store or return the book during registration.

• The option to pay Library/Textbook fines is located under Upland High and Athletics
• Please make sure the Donation Amount matches the Destiny Fine Amount.
• Bring your receipt with you to registration to ensure the fine is cleared.
• If you want to replace a lost or damaged textbook, please contact the librarian, Mr. Foglesong, after school has begun

STUDENT STORE:  Access the UHS student store website and see a list of the items that can be purchased in our student store.
Please bring digital or printed receipts to registration to pick up any purchased items.

12TH GRADERS ONLY:
ALL SENIORS MUST BRING PROOF OF THEIR FSA ID TO REGISTRATION (screenshot or printout acceptable). 
How to obtain your FSA ID through CaliforniaColleges (video). You will be asked to show proof at Station #1. 
Ms. Garza will be in G167 on Tuesday August 5th & 12th

Notes: 

• Directions on how to setup an account and pay a fine for the UHS Community Webstore can be found at the Check your Library Account webpage
• You cannot purchase items or pay fines on the online community webstore without an account. Each student needs to be added to your account as a family member using their long student ID number.
• The library account return line is usually long. Save time and return all books before registration

• Counselors will be available during registration to correct scheduling errors or omissions only. If you have taken a course outside of UHS, please bring a transcript or class completion card showing the completed course.
• Schedules are available only on the designated dates and times.
• Please bring verification of Fall 2025 College Enrollment for Dual-Enrollment classes.

Reminder - The following items must be submitted during On-Campus Registration:

• Printed Emergency Card
• Signed Off-Campus Pass (Seniors Only)
• Verification of FSA ID (Seniors Only)
• Digital or Printed Copies of Student Store Receipt

Health Office & Medication Drop-Off

The Health Office will be open to receive medications (medication forms can be found on the Health Office webpage on the UHS website) and doctor orders for all grades on the following dates & times:

• Thursday  8/8/23: 8:00 AM - NOON
• Monday  8/12/24: 8:00 AM - NOON
