Physical Education
Physical education provides cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness.Physical education daily can provide students with the ability and confidence to be physically active for a lifetime.
Student Services
Students Services provides a safe, supportive and positive school environment conducive to student learning. Helping students prepare to show Respect, Responsibility, and Integrity at school and the community.
Counseling
The counselors of Upland High School will provide a safe environment for students to successfully complete high school and assist them in reaching their post-secondary, career and educational goals, while encouraging them to build healthy relationships with peers, parents and staff.
Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is a space for students, staff, families and the community to find tools, strategies and resources to help manage stress, anxiety and emotions by integrating purposeful pauses throughout the day to calm the mind, body and soul.
Link Crew
Link Crew is a freshman orientation program led by juniors and seniors who serve as mentors for the freshmen for the entire school year. The goal of the program is to ensure our incoming freshmen have a smooth, seamless, and successful transition from junior high school to Upland High.
