All families, new and returning, must review and update student/parent data online at the Aeries Parent Portal Link.

If the Data Confirmation process is not completed, students will not be able to complete registration on-campus. Please download, print an Emergency Card, which is available to print at the end of the Data Confirmation process. This will be your “ticket” to begin on-campus registration. • Monday, August 9th 8am to Noon

• During On-Campus Registration daily

Please do the following to ensure your account is cleared of fees:

1. Go to this website:
   bit.ly/UHSlibraryaccount
2. Read the directions for how to log-in to Destiny and check Fines.
3. If you have fines - pay them at the online student store  or return the book during registration.

   • Please make sure the Donation Amount matches the Destiny Fine Amount.
   • Bring your receipt with you to registration to ensure the fine is cleared.

  • Parking Permit money goes to ASB. These funds will go directly back to students in the form of on & off campus activities. This is an old fundraiser that we are bringing back to Upland High School ASB.

    • Valid Driver license
    • Current proof of insurance to pick up your permit tag
    • Signed Parking Permit Form.

We will be offering two on-campus days before registration to allow families to return textbooks and chromebooks EARLY. The library will be available for textbook and book returns on

• Monday, August 8th: 8am to Noon
• Tuesday, August 9th: 8am to Noon

During On-Campus Registration students will...

• receive their UHS ID Card
• pick-up their class schedule
• meet with counselors to correct schedule errors
• purchase & pick-up items from the student store
• pick-up textbooks and clear fees/return UHS assets.

Seniors! Please complete your Off-Campus Pass (OCP) application. Bring this printed & completed to registration so you can receive your OCP. If you do not have access to a printer we will have forms available on-site.

Important Notes (Counseling) 

• Counselors will be available during registration to correct scheduling errors or omissions only. If you have taken a course outside of UHS, please bring a transcript or class completion card showing the completed course.
• Student schedules are available for pick-up only on the designated dates and times.
• Please bring verification of Fall 2022 College Enrollment for Dual-Enrollment classes.

The money PTSA collects through membership helps support our Teacher and Staff Appreciation events, Senior Scholarships, Reflections Art Program, and education enhancements for students and parents. Membership DOES NOT mean you have to attend meetings, though if you can, it is always worthwhile.
